Pull Double Inside Touch - Cones Dribbling Drills for U10-U11

Tutorial

This drill builds on the Pull Push Inside (Static Ball Controls Drills for U8-U9) and Pull Push Inside (Static Ball Control Drills for U10-U11).

When starting with the right foot:

(Switch left and right below when starting with the left foot)

  1. Place the ball to the right and passed the first cone perpendicular to the direction of the cones.
  2. Stand behind the ball.
  3. Pull the ball with the right foot.
  4. Push the ball sideways to the left foot with the inside of the right foot.
  5. Push the ball between the cones with the inside of the left foot.
  6. Reposition to be ready for the next pull.
  7. Continue steps 3-6.

Things to watch out for:

  1. Don't stand rigid on the legs but flex the knees a bit.
  2. Jump on the support foot to stay in sync.
  3. Try to push the ball nicely sideways and straight between the cones.
