When starting with the right foot:
(Switch left and right below when starting with the left foot)
- Place the ball to the left of the first cone.
- Take the ball through the cones with the outside of the right foot.
- Cut with the inside of the right foot as soon as the ball passes between the cones.
- Perform a sidestep to the left.
- Cut with the outside of the right foot as soon as the ball passes between the cones.
- Continue steps 2-5.
Things to watch out for:
- Don't stand rigid on the legs but flex the knees a bit.
- Start slow and increase the speed gradually.
- Keep the ball close to the cones.
- Perform a sidestep to create space for the outside cut.
- Cut next to the cones.
- The ball should pass in the middle between the cones at 45° to maintain a zig-zag.
