When starting with the right foot:

(Switch left and right below when starting with the left foot)

  1. Stand behind the ball (ball in front of right foot.
  2. Pull the ball backwards with the right foot.
  3. Reposition the right foot which becomes the support foot.
  4. Pull the ball backwards with the left foot.
  5. Continue step 2-4.

Things to watch out for:

  1. Reposition constantly to keep the ball at a straight line.
  2. The same distance should be covered with every pull.
