Tutorial
When starting with the right foot:
(Switch left and right below when starting with the left foot)
- Stand behind the ball (ball in front of right foot).
- Pull the ball backwards with the right foot (x4).
- Roll the ball forward with the right foot (x2)
- Continue step 2.
Things to watch out for:
- Don't stand rigid on the legs but flex the knees a bit.
- Maintain a straight line at all times.
- Reposition the support foot constantly to keep the ball on that straight line.
- Pull/roll the ball with a straight leg from the hip to the sole of the foot.
- Keep the ball at a comfortably distance.
- Stay in the same rhythm.
- Anticipate on the transitions (pulling/rolling).
- The same distance should be covered with every pull/roll.
