Slide Behind Both Feet Slide In - Static Ball Control Drills for U10-U11

When starting with the right foot:
(Switch left and right below when starting with the left foot)
- Stand behind the ball (ball before right foot).
- Roll out with the right foot.
- At the same time:
- Jump forward on the support foot (left foot) to make room for the ball.
- Slide the ball behind the left foot (with the inside of right foot).
- Roll out with the left foot.
- At the same time:
- Jump forward on the support foot (right foot) to make room for the ball.
- Slide the ball behind the right foot (with the inside of left foot).
- Slide the ball in from the right foot to the left foot.
- Continue steps 2-6 alternating between both feet.
Things to watch out for:
- Don't stand rigid on the legs but flex the knees a bit.
- Make sure the ball can pass behind the support foot.
