Tutorial
When starting with the right foot:
(Switch left and right below when starting with the left foot)
- Stand behind the ball (the ball in front of the right foot).
- At the same time:
- Roll the ball from the toe to the heel with the right foot.
- Jump on the support foot (left foot).
- At the same time:
- Roll the ball backward from heel to toe with the right foot.
- Jump on the support foot (left) while turning 45° to the right.
- Continue step 2-3 until reaching the opposite side from the starting point (180° and after 5 iterations).
- At the same time:
- Roll the ball from the toe to the heel with the right foot.
- Jump on the support foot (left foot).
- At the same time:
- Roll the ball backward from heel to toe with the right foot.
- Jump on the support foot (left) while turning 45° to the left.
- Continue step 5-6 until reaching the starting point (180° and after 4 iterations).
- Continue step 2-7.
Things to watch out for:
- Don't stand rigid on the legs but flex the knees a bit.
- Keep the sole of the foot parallel to the ground at all times.
- Roll straight on the top of the ball and keep contact with the ball at all times.
- Pay attention to keep the correct angles (0°- 45°- 90°- 135°- 180°- 135°- 90°- 45°- 0°).
- Stay in the rhythm.
