Tutorial

When starting with the right foot:

(Switch left and right below when starting with the left foot)

  1. Stand behind the ball (ball in front of left foot and 45° angle).
  2. At the same time:
    1. Roll the ball forward from toe to heel with the left foot.
    2. Jump on the support foot (right).
  3. At the same time:
    1. Roll the ball backwards from heel to toe with the left foot.
    2. Jump on the support foot (right).
  4. At the same time:
    1. Turn 90° to the left.
    2. Stop the ball with the inside of the left foot.
  5. At the same time:
    1. Roll the ball forward from toe to heel with the right foot.
    2. Jump on the support foot (left).
  6. At the same time:
    1. Roll the ball backwards from heel to toe with the right foot.
    2. Jump on the support foot (left).
  7. At the same time:
    1. Turn 90° to the right.
    2. Stop the ball with the inside of the right foot.
  8. Continue step 2-7

Things to watch out for:

  1. Don't stand rigid on the legs but flex the knees a bit.
  2. Stay in the same area while doing the drill.
  3. Maintain a 90° angle.
  4. Keep the rolling foot straight and level during the rolls.
  5. Turn the hips open while turning and reposition the support foot.
  6. Stay in the rhythm with the support foot.
