When starting with the right foot:

(Switch left and right below when starting with the left foot)

  1. Stand behind and right of the cones with ball in front of the right foot and before the cones.
  2. At the same time:
    1. Pull the ball with the right foot.
    2. Reposition the support foot (left) to let the ball pass in front.
  3. Slide the ball from right to left with the inside of the right foot.
  4. Release the ball (stop sliding) when the right foot crosses the support foot (left).
  5. Touch the ball with the inside of the left foot to divert the ball going forward.
  6. At the same time:
    1. Pull the ball with the left foot.
    2. Reposition the support foot (right) to let the ball pass in front.
  7. Slide the ball from left to right with the inside of the left foot.
  8. Release the ball (stop sliding) when the left foot crosses the support foot (right).
  9. Touch the ball with the inside of the right foot to divert the ball going forward.
  10. Continue steps 2-9.

Things to watch out for:

  1. Don't stand rigid on the legs but flex the knees a bit.
  2. Maintain a straight line and corners.
  3. Reposition the support foot to let the ball pass in front.
  4. Slide at the middle of the ball.
  5. Slide as wide as possible. Cross and take over.
