Tutorial
When starting with the right foot:
(Switch left and right below when starting with the left foot)
- Stand behind the ball (ball in front of right foot).
- Pull the ball with the sole of the right foot.
- Jump on the support foot (left).
- Push the ball forward with the inside of the right foot.
- Pull the ball with the sole of the left foot.
- Jump on the support foot (right).
- Push the ball forward with the laces of the left foot.
- Pull the ball with the sole of the right foot.
- Jump on the support foot (left).
- Push the ball forward with the outside of the right foot.
- Jump on the support foot (right).
- Pull the ball with the sole of the left foot.
- Jump on the support foot (right).
- Push the ball forward with the inside of the left foot.
- Pull the ball with the sole of the right foot.
- Jump on the support foot (left).
- Push the ball forward with the laces of the right foot.
- Pull the ball with the sole of the left foot.
- Jump on the support foot (right).
- Push the ball forward with the outside of the left foot.
- Jump on the support foot (left).
- Continue step 2-21.
Things to watch out for:
- Don't stand rigid on the legs but flex the knees a bit.
- Keep the same position.
- Pull with the forefoot while keeping the support foot straight.
- Try to push the ball to the exact same spot continuously at a comfortable distance.
- Turn open the hips for the inside push while keeping the support foot straight.
- Time the push correctly and push at the centre of the ball.
- Stay in the rhythm while repositioning the support foot.
- Think "Inside, Laces, Outside" while alternating between both feet.
