Reverse Roll Over - Static Ball Control Drills for U10-U11

When starting with the right foot:
(Switch left and right below when starting with the left foot)
- Stand in front of the ball with the ball just behind the outside of the left ankle.
- Lay the outside of the tip of the right foot on the ball.
- Roll the ball to the right by means of a pulling motion.
- Step to the right and lift the left foot.
- Reach for the ball with the outside of the tip of the left foot as soon as the ball passes the right ankle.
- Roll the ball to the left by means of a pulling motion.
- Step to the left and lift the right foot.
- Reach for the ball with the outside of the tip of the right foot as soon as the ball passes the right ankle.
- Continue steps 2-8.
Things to watch out for:
- Don't stand rigid on the legs but flex the knees a bit to keep your balance.
- Try to roll on a straight line behind the ankles.
- Use the outside part of the tip of your foot to maintain control of the ball.
