Tutorial
When starting with the right foot:
(Switch left and right below when starting with the left foot)
- Stand behind the ball (the ball in front of the right foot).
- Slide the ball with the inside of the right foot to the left foot.
- Stop the ball with the inside of the left foot.
- Reposition the right foot.
- Slide the ball with the inside of the left foot to the right foot.
- Stop the ball with the inside of the right foot.
- Reposition the left foot.
- Continue step 2-7
Things to watch out for:
- Don't stand rigid on the legs but flex the knees a bit.
- Slide the ball as fast and as smooth as you can between the feet.
- Stop the ball without letting it jump or bounce away.
- Stay on the same straight line as best as possible.
