Reverse Pull Behind Drag Roll 'V-90°' - Static Ball Control Drills for U12-U13

This drill builds on:
- Drag Roll (Static Ball Control Drills for U8-U9)
When starting with the right foot:
(Switch left and right below when starting with the left foot)
- Stand behind the ball (at a 45° angle).
- Pull the ball with the left foot towards the laces of the right foot.
- Reposition the right foot to the left at a 90° angle.
- Line up the left foot behind the right foot to stop the ball with the inside of the left foot.
- Turn the right foot around the ball.
- Perform a Drag Roll with the right foot.
- Pull the ball with the right foot towards the laces of the left foot.
- Reposition the left foot to the right at a 90° angle.
- Line up the right foot behind the left foot to stop the ball with the inside of the right foot.
- Turn the left foot around the ball.
- Perform a Drag Roll with the left foot.
- Continue steps 2-11.
Things to watch out for:
- Don't stand rigid on the legs but flex the knees a bit.
- The Drag Roll should be a fluid motion.
- Keep the same angle of 90° at all times.
- Try to stop the ball completely behind the support foot.
- Begin slow and increase the speed gradually.
